Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Envision Career Consultancy LLP.
1. Acceptance
By using envisioncareer.in or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Our services
Envision Career Consultancy LLP provides advisory admission counselling: alerts, cutoff analysis, college shortlisting, choice-filling guidance and admission-process support for NEET UG/PG, JEE, MBA, Pharmacy, Law and MBBS Abroad. Package inclusions are as described on our packages section at the time of purchase.
3. No guarantee of admission
Seat allotment is decided solely by official counselling authorities based on your rank, category, choices and seat availability. We do not and cannot guarantee any admission, seat, college or quota. Predictions and shortlists are indicative aids, not promises.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information — scores, category, documents and eligibility details.
- Review and approve all choices before they are locked; final submissions are your decision.
- Meet official deadlines when action is required from your side.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
5. Fees & payments
Package fees are as displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We never ask for payments to personal accounts or for "seat blocking" outside official channels — treat any such demand as fraud and report it to us.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, tools, data compilations and branding are the property of Envision Career Consultancy LLP. You may not scrape, reproduce or commercially reuse them without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false leads, or disrupting the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the package concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions of colleges, universities or counselling authorities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (fees, liability, IP, governing law) survive.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the current version.
