Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid packages purchased from Envision Career Consultancy LLP — including the Alert Package, Counselling Package and Premium Counselling Package — and to any other paid service we offer.

2. Free first session

The first counselling session is free and carries no payment or refund implications.

3. Cancellations & refunds

• Before service begins: if you cancel before your first paid counselling session and before any alerts or expert work have started, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid (minus any non-recoverable payment-gateway charges).
• After service begins: once alerts have been activated, or our experts have begun registrations, score analysis or choice filling on your behalf, fees are non-refundable — this work cannot be "returned".
• Service failure on our side: if we are unable to deliver a purchased service at all, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that service.

4. How to request a refund

E-mail info@envisioncareer.in from your registered e-mail with your name, phone number, package and payment reference. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

6. No admission-outcome refunds

Counselling is a professional advisory service. Fees are for our time, expertise and process support — not for a guaranteed seat. A refund cannot be claimed on the ground that a desired college or seat was not ultimately allotted.
