These Terms govern your use of envisioncareer.in and all services by Envision Career Consultancy LLP. By accessing this website, submitting a query, booking a session, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
We provide: admission counselling for NEET UG, NEET PG, JEE, MBA, Pharmacy, and Law; college shortlisting and cutoff data analysis; round-by-round counselling strategy; document verification checklists; and interactive tools (College Finder, College Predictor).
All counselling services are advisory in nature. We do not act as admission agents, do not facilitate donation-based admissions, and do not guarantee any specific seat or outcome.
Our services are available to students who have appeared for relevant entrance exams, parents/guardians acting on behalf of eligible students, and persons aged 18 or above (those below 18 require parental consent).
You agree to: provide accurate rank, category, and personal information; use our services only for lawful, personal admission counselling; not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without written permission; not misrepresent your rank or identity; not engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity.
All paid plan fees are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card or banking credentials. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Admission outcomes depend on your actual rank, the seat matrix released by official bodies (MCC, JoSAA, state counselling authorities), and document verification by institutions — all beyond our control.
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, cutoff data compilations, tools, and page designs — is the intellectual property of Envision Career Consultancy LLP, protected under Indian copyright law. Personal, non-commercial reference with attribution is permitted. Commercial reproduction requires prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envision Career Consultancy LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from reliance on our counselling advice; admission outcomes; inaccuracies in cutoff data caused by changes in official seat matrices; or loss of data or technical failures. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in abusive behaviour, or misuse our tools. Termination due to your breach will not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution through mutual discussion before formal proceedings.
