1. Overview

Envision Career Consultancy LLP offers paid admission counselling services. Because our services involve expert time, curated data, and personalised attention, refunds are available under specific conditions outlined below. By making a payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Free 15-Minute Discovery Session

Our complimentary 15-minute discovery call is provided at no charge. No payment is required. If you choose not to purchase after the discovery call, there is nothing to refund.

3. Eligibility for Full Refund

Full refund eligibility criteria:

• Payment was successfully received and confirmed
• A session was booked but not conducted within 48 hours due to our scheduling failure
• You notified us in writing (email or WhatsApp) of your refund request within 24 hours of the missed session

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued when:

• The full counselling session has been conducted and service delivered
• Cutoff data, college shortlist, or predictor tool was accessed and session not attended
• A refund is requested after 48 hours of the session being conducted
• The session was rescheduled at your request and then not attended
• The session was booked for a counselling round that passed due to your own delay
• You obtained admission and no longer need counselling — the service was already rendered

5. Partial Refund — Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (serious medical emergency, bereavement) supported by documentation, we may at our sole discretion consider a partial refund of up to 50% of the paid amount within 7 days of the session date. These are goodwill gestures and do not constitute an entitlement.

6. No Refund for Admission Outcome

We do not offer refunds based on admission outcomes, including: not receiving the college or branch of your preference; receiving a lower-preference allotment; not being admitted despite following our strategy; or changes in official cutoffs making our predictions inaccurate. Admission decisions are made by official counselling authorities and are beyond our control.

7. How to Request a Refund

1. Email envisioncareermumbai@gmail.com — Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Date of Payment]"
2. Include your full name, registered mobile number, payment reference/transaction ID, and reason for refund
3. Attach supporting documentation if claiming under special circumstances
4. Alternatively, send a WhatsApp message to +91 89766 85666 with the same details

We acknowledge within 24 hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–8PM IST) and communicate the outcome within 3 business days.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds initiated within 3 business days of approval
• Credit to your account: typically 5–10 working days after initiation (depends on bank/payment method)
• Refunds credited to the original payment source
• Payment gateway fees (typically 2–2.5%) may be deducted where non-recoverable

9. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, escalate by writing to envisioncareermumbai@gmail.com addressed to the Grievance Officer. We will review and respond within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
